After the buyer places an order, it will be shipped within 1-2 days. The products are shipped directly from overseas, so transportation takes 7-15 days.

The clothes are packed in dedicated cardboard boxes, so they will not get damaged. After receiving the clothes, hanging them up for one day will restore their original fluffy appearance.

Shipping is free for all products, so customers do not need to pay for this expense.

If an item does not arrive or arrives damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days to submit a return request.CMCLABS may request photos or video of the defective/damaged item for a full refund. Once your claim has been processed and approved, please allow 3-5 business days to complete the request.

If the item is returnable, it needs to include the duvet, dust bag and hang tag.
