Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at CMC Labs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All shipments will be made within 1 to 3 business days after payment is verified and cleared. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
All shipments will be made within 1~3 days from the day that payment is verified and cleared. No weekend, holiday, or after-hours delivery available.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code within 24 hours after your item has been shipped. Typically, your item will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days after being processed.
Once you have received the tracking number, you can visit the courier's website at any time to check the status of your delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CMC Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Packaged Lost
CMC Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you have not received the tracking number, or if your item has not been delivered within 15 business days after receiving our payment confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
Contacting us too late will prevent us from tracing the package in a timely manner.
PO Box Delivery
We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Why is my telephone number mandatory for delivery?
Courier companies require customer telephone numbers for delivery. The courier will contact you if you're unavailable at the time of delivery or if the driver cannot find the address.
They also need to contact the buyer in case of shipping damage or loss.
When I try to make a payment, the shipping cost shown is incorrect. How can I fix it?
When you check out and see that the shipping cost is different from what is shown in the Shipping Section, please contact us immediately.
Provide your physical shipping address, postal code, and phone number, and our customer service will manually fix the issue for you.
