Return & Refund Policy

At CMC Labs, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you find yourself not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure a seamless experience.

Product Purchase and Condition Requirements

  • Products must be purchased directly from CMC Labs. We cannot accept returns for items bought from other retailers or resellers.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and hang tags intact.
  • If the item is returnable, it needs to include down-filled garment, dust bag and hang tag, CMC Labs will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
  • If an item is not delivered or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us within 7 days to submit a claim for a RETURN. CMC Labs may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
  • Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability and alternatives may be offered.

Return Process

  • Return requests for any reason can be made within 30 DAYS of the date of purchase, provided you have received a Return Authorization from CMC Labs.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at cmclabs@clickmycart.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include a detailed reason for the return and any supporting pictures or videos.
  • Do not send your item back to CMC Labs without first obtaining an RA number, as this may result in a loss or delay of your return.
  • CMC Labs is not responsible for down-filled garments that are lost or damaged when returned without following our return process.
  • In instances where the customer chooses to provide the shipping, a tracking number must be given to CMC Labs. (See Shipping and Refunds Below)
  • The Return Authorization only valid for 14 calendar days from issuance. If customer did not arrange to send out the return within 14 calendar days, System would cancel the return.
  • If a customer does not proceed with a return request, CMC Labs will consider it as a forfeiture of the request.

Shipping and Refunds

  • All orders within the United States and Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days. For orders outside these countries, shipping times may vary. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at cmclabs@clickmycart.com.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse to return your product.
  • Use a trackable mail service for your return. CMC Labs will not be liable for lost or missing packages without proof of tracking.
  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
  • The warranty transaction will only be completed once the shipment is confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.
  • All returns from damaged or defective products are shipped back to CMC Labs at our expense. There are no additional cost or fees associated to a RETURN, including restocking fees or processing fees. We will issue a return label for these cases. However, some cases may be at the customer’s shipping expense.
  • For all other returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

We issue refunds promptly once your return is approved and the money typically leaves our account immediately. If your refund is delayed, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There can be processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cmclabs@clickmycart.com.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as they become available.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address, email us as soon as possible at cmclabs@clickmycart.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update it.

However, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses inputted by the customer.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and/or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons for Return/Refund:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at CMC Labs.

    The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
